The mortgage calculator tools and First Home Playbook at parryfs.com (the "Tool") are provided by Parry Financial Services ("we", "us", "our") in New Zealand. By signing in or using the Tool, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Tool.
The Tool provides general estimates and information only. It is not financial advice, a credit assessment, a loan offer or a pre-approval. Results are based on the information you enter and on assumptions that may differ from any lender's actual policies, which change often. Your real borrowing capacity will depend on a lender's full assessment of your circumstances. If you would like personalised advice, please contact us to arrange a conversation. Personalised advice is only provided after we have assessed your situation directly.
You can create an account with an email and password, or sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the accuracy of the information you enter. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Tool.
You agree not to misuse the Tool, including by attempting to disrupt it, accessing it by unauthorised means, copying or reselling it, or using it for unlawful purposes.
We collect and use your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
The Tool, its design and its content belong to us. You may use it for your own personal, non commercial purposes only.
We work to keep the Tool accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be error free, uninterrupted, or that estimates will match what a lender offers. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on the Tool's results or from its unavailability. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 that cannot be excluded by law.
We may update the Tool or these terms from time to time, and the latest version will be published on this page. We may suspend or end access to the Tool at any time. You can stop using it, or delete your account, at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and the New Zealand courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
